DURASEAL™ POLYMERIC BRICK & CONCRETE SEALER • Cementitious Waterproofing

DIRECTIONS:
Clean the entire concrete area with a pressure washer to remove all grease, mud, dirt or foreign material. Do not apply on concrete less than 7 days old.

COVERAGE:
Up to 250 sq. ft per gallon on smooth or previously treated surfaces, up to 150 sq. ft on rough or broom finish surfaces.

 

PREVIOUSLY PAINTED OR SEALED CONCRETE
Using a high-pressure washer, remove all old loose paint or sealer from the surface and allow to dry. Proper personal safety measures are recommended. Adequate eye and respiratory protection may be applicable. Apply evenly with roller, airless sprayer or brush.

CLEAN UP:
Clean brushes, rollers, hands and skin with warm water and a mild detergent.
DURASEAL™ can not be removed from fabric and/or clothing.

All spills should be cleaned promptly and disposed of in accordance with local state and federal laws. Superior adhesion and long lasting protection are guaranteed.
