ADA Trail and Cart Path Construction using Enviroseal products

ADA trails are primarily for recreational purposes and held to less stringent standards; their surfaces are considered “Firm and Stable”. While concrete and asphalt are the usual choices for accessible trails in urban and developed areas, they may not be suitable or affordable for trails in open space, parks, and other areas.

Construction of ADA Trails and Cart Paths can be done using Enviroseal MA-60 or M10+50 and common construction equipment. The finished result is a solid impermeable surface that has a natural aggregate appearance and meets ADA requirements. This process is ideal for local, state, and federal parks, golf courses, and private homeowners as well. The process is simple and several hundred feet can be constructed per day. Enviroseal can help recommend proper aggregate selection, construction techniques, and application guidelines for a proper installation.
