INDUSTRIAL SOIL STABILIZERS

M10+50™: Military Hi-Strength, Environmentally Safe Soil Stabilizer that increases the compressive strength of any soil to surpass engineering standards. With the proper soil mix we achieve unconfined compressive strengths in excess of 1700 psi. This is the only known liquid stabilizer that can claim this. We guarantee the results even in wet conditions. M10-2001™: Same as M10™ above but with a black additive that increases the UV protection when used as a sealer for dirt roads. This will increase the surface life significantly and give the effect of an asphalt paved road. LDC™: This Premier Dust Control Product is custom blended with Virgin Acrylic Co-polymers, and our specially developed wetting Agent DURAWET+12 is EPA and ISO compliant, Economical to use for the control of dust in Mining, Road and Agriculture projects. Because of this custom blending and application techniques, LDC+12™ giving a much longer life than ALL other dust control products available. Typical dust control applications of up to 50 to 1 with water thus diluting the surface film to under ½% solids; rendering the product very ineffective for much over 14 days. LDC +12 even when diluted, goes down with at least 5% solids in the soil up to 12cm / 6 inches making it last up to one year; making it very economical to use. We can also add our premier UV filter 2001tm to make this product the superior choice for use in the desert areas of the world. LBS™: Stabilizes Clay Bearing Soils LBS™ reduces plasticity in clay and lime bearing soils and improves CBR to engineering standards. LBS™ does not strengthen the characteristics of clay but makes it workable in highway and foundation applications. It is easier and less expensive to use that lime and cement stabilization with equal results. It is typical for clays with 70% content and high liquid limit to be workable within 2 hours of application.

Duraseal™ CONCRETE AND MASONRY SEALER. This High Quality water-based Acrylic sealer is designed to protect and enhance the appearance of any concrete, stone, brick, pavers and stucco. Duraseal repels water, UV, oil, mold and mildew. Environmentally friendly so it can be used inside or outside. Roof-Guard 101™: attaches loose sand on older roofs so it does not go into your gutters. Seals minor leaks, and places a protective barrier on the roof so the future growth of mildew and bacteria are eliminated for at least (5) FIVE years. Roof-Guard 101™ carries a 100% warranty for five years against failure caused by mold, mildew, algae, granular loss. We can not warrant against wind loss only report the current Florida Hurricane test we did pass. During the 2004 Hurricane season we discovered that in all the roofs that had been over the previous four years treated with Roof-Guard 101™; none lost any shingles. These roofs in East Coast and Central Florida were subjected to three storms within (3) three weeks experiencing sustained winds of up to 130 mph. Roof-Guard 102™: Cement and clay un glazed tile roof sealer now proven to have the ability to withstand 110 mph hurricane winds with gusts to 130 mph with 8.8" of rain per hour. LAS-320™: ENVIROSEAL LAS-320 is not a petroleum based product. This high quality black asphalt sealer is EPA approved with very low VOC's. LAS-320 was developed for today's ecological/green building needs.
