Enviroseal, founded by Tom and Andy Stevens in West Palm Beach, Florida, in 1995, has been a trailblazer in the soil stabilization industry. Initially focusing on dust control and soil stabilization with their innovative M10+50 polymeric binder, the company quickly gained recognition for its cutting-edge solutions. By 1999, Enviroseal’s expertise was sought after by the US Army for dust control on helipads and unpaved military runways.

The company’s commitment to advancing technology led to the development of LAS-320, a fuel-resistant coating extensively tested by the FAA and used in airports and military applications around the world. Over time, Enviroseal’s product line expanded to include eco-friendly solutions for the maintenance and protection of concrete, asphalt, and roofing surfaces.

Enviroseal’s resilience was demonstrated during the 2004 hurricanes Francis and Jeanne, where their DuraRoof product proved crucial in preventing wind damage. This success was recognized with a patent in 2008.
