Low/Zero VOCSoil Stabilization, Dust and Erosion Control
Enviroseal manufactures products used for stabilization that increases CBR, density, impermeability, and other engineering characteristics. Uses include road construction, dust control, airfield maintenance, and prevention of soil erosion on slopes.
Enviroseal Soil Stabilization products include:
M10+50 is a modified copolymer supplied in concentrate that is diluted with water and applied to soils to increase their engineering properties. Once applied, M10+50 cures and what remains is a tough and durable binder that increases Bearing Capacity, Flexural strength, chemical resistance, and is waterproof.
Liquid Dust Control (LDC) is a concentrated copolymer that is diluted with water to bind soil particles together to prevent dust and erosion for lasting performance. LDC performs on all types of soils including sand, gravel, silt, clays, and is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and is colorless when dry.
If a trail is required to be accessible, it must be suitable for individuals who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices. For most folks with disabilities, these options can be limited if handicapped accommodations aren’t taken into consideration. Enviroseal M10+50 blended with the natural soil or aggregate allows for fast construction of trails and pathways to meet ADA and ABA guidelines for firmness and stability.
